Annual Picnic & Meeting

The Williamson County Symphony Orchestra Society and Board of Directors would like to invite you and your family to join us for our Annual Society Meeting and Picnic!

Scholarships will be awarded, board members elected, food served and fun had by all!

Musicians’ Potluck:

We’ll provide the hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and beverages.

We ask that folks who attend please bring a food item such as a salad, chips, dessert, etc. to share along with a serving utensil to dish it up. You may certainly bring something else if you prefer, but here is a recommended list of items to bring, based on your instrument:

violins & percussion – desserts
brass and woodwinds – beans, potato salad, chips/dips, or other picnic sides
violas, cellos, basses – fruit, veggies, salads, pickles, olives, etc.

 

Please note: This isn’t a concert event, but rather an informal gathering for our musicians and orchestra supporters (like you!) to celebrate the end of our season. We’ll also have a brief society meeting – electing officers for the next year and announcing scholarship winners.

We hope to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon with you and your family!
